| Prof. Xiaopeng FanHarbin Institute of Technology, China Prof. Xiaopeng Fan is a Second-Level Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the Faculty of Computing, Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), where he also serves as the Director of the Intelligent Interface and Human-Computer Interaction Research Center. He is a recipient of the National High-Level Talent Program. He received his Ph.D. from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2009. His research interests include graphics and image processing, human-computer interaction, digital twins, and embodied intelligence. He served as an Associate Editor for the IEEE 1857 video coding international standard. He has published over 240 papers in top-tier journals and conferences such as IEEE TIP, CVPR, and AAAI. He has led more than 10 national-level projects, including the National Key Research and Development Program of China. He has received the IEEE Standard Outstanding Contribution Award and the China Electronic Information Science and Technology Innovation Team Award. He is an IEEE Senior Member and serves as the Deputy Director of the Education Working Committee of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence. |
| Prof. Huiqiang WangHarbin Engineering University, China Prof. Huiqiang Wang is a Second-Level Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Harbin Engineering University, where he also serves as the Director of the Institute of Network Technology and Information Security. He graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1982 and received his Ph.D. from Harbin Engineering University in 2005. He has long been engaged in research in network technology and information security, future networks, and trusted computing. He has led more than 30 scientific research projects, including the National Science and Technology Major Project, the National 863 Program, and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published over 350 SCI/EI-indexed papers and holds more than 40 authorized invention patents. He has received nine provincial and ministerial-level science and technology awards. He is a Senior Member of the China Computer Federation and serves as the Director of the Network Professional Committee of the Heilongjiang Computer Federation. |
| Prof.Weizheng ShenNortheast Agricultural University, China Prof. Weizheng Shen is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Northeast Agricultural University, where he serves as the academic leader of the Computer Science and Technology discipline. He is a recipient of the "Shennong Young Talents" award from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and is a scientist of the National Modern Agricultural Industrial Technology System. He focuses on research in smart animal husbandry and agricultural artificial intelligence, specializing in intelligent dairy farming and animal husbandry big data. He has led 17 scientific research projects, including the National Key Research and Development Program of China and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published 107 academic papers and holds 21 authorized invention patents. The animal husbandry cloud service platform he developed has been deployed across Heilongjiang Province, generating over 13 billion RMB in economic value. He serves as the Vice Chairman of the Information Technology Branch of the Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine. |
