Conference paper review and publication
All submitted papers must undergo review by 2–3 experts appointed by the organizing committee. Following a rigorous review process, all accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) for publication under ISBN:979-8-3195-1451-6. After publication, the proceedings will be submitted by the publisher for indexing in IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, and Scopus.

Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
